How?
We know that every project and every team is different. That’s why we approach every project differently, completely dependent on your needs.
We use a mix of four key approaches, dependent on your team’s time constraints, level of expertise and amount of ownership of the outcome needed:

- Training – for when you want to develop capability for future projects and you want to introduce common language and processes across the team
- Mentoring – for when you want your team to lead the project, but recognise the benefit of on-the-job assistance from experts
- Facilitating – for when you want the team to be involved in the entire process, but need someone external to lead
- Doing – for when you need to completely outsource part of the process
